Sold!!!

May the 4th be with you....

this date is so appropriate for a Star Wars fanatic
to have signed papers on the purchase of his "NEW" house.

When I say "NEW" house, this too needs an explanation.

Meet Sean Kelley,
New Master and Owner of
Hudson House.

Hudson House is the oldest standing building in Corona, California, built in 1887
by N.C. Hudson, one of it's founding fathers.

Sean has undertaken the task of purchasing and renovating this historic
Victorian farmhouse,
and bring her back to her Glory Days!

Just a few statistical facts about Hudson House before we move on.

The house sits on .68 acres and
has a nearly 100 year old guest house in back, that was moved to the property
about 5 years ago and belonged to the first Fire Chief of Corona.
(more about that house later)

The main house is nearly 3000 square feet,
has loosely 6 bedrooms
and 3 -ish bathrooms.

As we tour the house and discover each unique nook and cranny you will
see what I mean.
Over the course of 130 years, she has seen the personal stamp of numerous owners
(sometimes good and sometimes not so good)

We will delve into her history, past changes and the new plans in store for this
Lovely Lady.

So please journey with Sean on his adventure of a lifetime, and
see what he has envisioned for

Hudson House
